THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS

by Kenneth Grahame adapted for the stage by Richard Hills

The Wind in the Willows is adapted from Kenneth Grahame’s novel, telling the story of the adventures of Ratty, Mole and Badger trying to reform Toad of Toad Hall.

Toad is forever going off on escapades that get him into trouble with caravans, cars and boats. When Toad steals and crashes a car, he is taken to Court and ends up in Prison, where he escapes dressed as a Washerwoman, and eventually ends up back with his friends, only to find that his home has been taken over by Weasels and Stoats.  Ratty, Mole and Badger have to come to his rescue.

Ideal play for Youth Groups.
