DR. HOLLAND: Fifty-five, strict and thorough. Loves her work.

THERAPIST: Disembodied voice. Empathetic and curious.

 

The role of YOUNG ALICE should be played by the same actor who plays adult ALICE.

The actor who portrays GRAMMA can also play DR. HOLLAND and the THERAPIST
