THE SNOW QUEEN by Mary Portalska

£6.00

Frostina, the evil Snow Queen, casts a spell on the town of Humdrum-scandi-hasselhoffen-berg in the middle of July, creating an eternal winter. While the townspeople are adjusting to a new chillier way of life, Frostina tricks Knut, Dame Helga’s son, into handing over his brother Peter, to be her servant. As soon as he disappears, Frostina’s magic makes Peter’s friends and family forget that he ever existed and it is up to Sunniva, the Sorceress of Summer and her apprentice, Rae, to remind them. Greta, Peter’s best friend, embarks on a mission to rescue him from Frostina’s Ice Palace, closely followed by his mum, brother and the Mayor, a mission which somehow gets them entangled with two comedic builders, a slightly suspect pantomime reindeer and a giant teddy bear!
