RABID FOR A PEACE by Keith Badham

£3.50

A One Act play that retells the famous Greek Comedy by Aristophanes.  In the style of a bawdy Carry-on, the play is written almost entirely in verse, and reimagines the Gender wars inherent in the original.  Aimed at A-Level aged young people, there is opportunity to improvise scenes, and put your individual stamp on the production.  A flexible cast size of 10 to 30 makes this a perfect way to introduce the concepts of Greek Theatre.  The original production by Up-Stage Theatre swapped all the genders in the play with hilarious results.
