FURY by Giles Armstrong

£3.00

Rom Iskarn comes home from  a tiring day at the day at the office to find Cassy, a young woman he knows rather too well, lying on her back in the kitchen. Over her is stooped Flavia, his lovely and charming wife, brandishing a very large knife.

“It really wasn’t a good idea coming here,” He tells the girl.

“She was going to cut my heart out!” Cassy screams.

“Oh, I imagine she still is.”

“Hello, darling. Beer in the fridge,” says Flavia with a radiant smile.

“Thanks.” He helps himself, and sits down to read the evening paper.
