203 BRENTWOOD COURT by Herb Isaacs

£3.50

203 Brentwood Court is a romantic comedy with a twist or two. It features four characters (3 male and 1 female), one set (with two main playing areas), and runs about 35 minutes.

A 30 year-old woman has problems trusting men because of the way they focus on her sexy body but turn away because of her scarred and unattractive face. She meets a new tenant in her West Los Angeles singles apartment complex, and he wants to date her, but she turns him down because of her principle not to date any one in the complex. He finds a creative way to convince her to date him and succeeds in showing her he is different from other men.
